Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)

Staying here was a mixed bag. The pool table and games in the lobby were entertaining, and the staff was quite friendly. But the breakfast options were disappointing, with only toast and undrinkable coffee. Noise from other guests was also a hassle at night. It's a place with potential, but needs some improvements.

The hotel was clean, facilities were overall nice, particularly good and absolutely perfect location near all the major restaurants and stores and restaurants. My stay was comfortable here...

There were central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in the room, loved that. The staff was exceptionally nice, the beds were extremely comfy. The location was good and perfect, in the middle of jackson, in the such beautiful area.

The hotel provided an affordable last-minute option with a great location near family. Daily breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold options, including freshly made waffles and fresh fruit, available from 7 to 10 AM. The lobby was inviting for gatherings, and I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating with check-in and check-out times for our out-of-town schedule.

The room cleaning could be improved, particularly in hard-to-reach areas.

I didn't appreciate other guests walking their dogs in the lobby without dog leashes.

The daily breakfast was a nice perk to kickstart my mornings before wandering around the Sumter Gallery of Art and the park views nearby.

Nice rooms and quick service!

The room was nice and comfy, and I really liked the soap dispensers in the bathroom! Whenever we needed extra towels, they brought them super fast. The only thing was there was some hair on the bathroom counter, kinda gross. Snack bar was a cool perk too.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh options, including good waffles and fruit available from 7 to 10 AM. The lobby provided a modern and inviting space, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Had some noise issues late at night, amplified by thin walls that allowed sounds from nearby rooms and hallways to seep through. Cleaning service was infrequent, with rooms not being cleaned daily, leaving trash and spills unattended for multiple days, quite disappointing. The bathroom could have used an extra set of towels, and there were some missing bedside lamps for better lighting.

From skeptic to believer

The vibrant lobby area provided engaging activities like games and pool. The staff radiated friendliness and really good service throughout my stay.

I faced challenges with cleanliness during check-in, and there were instances of thin walls causing disturbances from neighboring guests.

The hotel offered a comfy stay for my family while we were in town. We appreciated the variety of breakfast options each morning and the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day. The lobby was spacious and inviting. We did notice some cleanliness issues in the corners of the room that could use some attention.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the cozy king room and the delightful scented toiletries provided. The indoor pool was a great spot to relax after a long day, and I appreciated having a little workout area as well. The only hiccup was that the blinds in my room didn’t fully open, but it didn’t really dampen my stay. 😊

Family with children will love this place

The breakfast setup was excellent too, I mean fresh coffee and all those options, it was hard not to go back for seconds.

It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience made it worth it.
